The 50 Best Shoes from New York Fashion Week Spring 2016

Categories:Designer Shoes

New York Fashion Week wrapped up late last week, and now that the event is over, we’re bringing you all the best shoes from the Spring 2016 runways! We spotted a lot of great designs for fall, some a bit bolder than other. (We’re looking at you, Jeremy Scott).

You’ll see mules from handbag mavens Mansur Gavriel, shoes from Coach’s first-ever runway show and this season, Givenchy chose to present its collection in the Big Apple instead of Paris. It was a great season, and we can’t wait to do it again in February. Check out 50 shoe looks from the Spring 2016 runways below!

Chloe Gosselin Meshes Muted Colors and Bold Textures for Spring 2016 Shoes

Categories:Designer Shoes

Chloe Gosselin Calico Pump_2

Chloe Gosselin debuted her Spring 2016 collection early last week during NYFW, and for spring, Gosselin’s use of muted and vibrant color and textures are the best we’ve seen from the designer to date. Not that she didn’t have her footing before, but every season Gosselin digs deeper into bold, luxe footwear.

Gosselin was inspired by nature for this collection, and that’s evident through the designer’s use of earthy, muted tones that are often incongruous with the textures she uses. Gosselin also added numerous new styles, like the strappy Larkspur Sandal and the geometric Calico Sandal. Of course, you can expect to see the signature vamped-back Datura Pump (a personal favorite of mine). I throughly enjoy following Gosselin’s brand every season, and I’m always blown away by all the luxe details of every style she creates.

Victoria Beckham Relaxes After Her NYFW Show in Givenchy Boots

Categories:Designer Shoes

Here’s an extremely rare shot of a dressed-down Victoria Beckham in a simple jeans and tee paired with Givenchy Motorcycle Boots. Victoria was seen wearing this super casual ensemble shortly after presenting her Spring 2016 collection at New York Fashion Week. You can currently find Victoria’s exact boots for $1,425, but be warned: select sizes are selling out fast.

Victoria Beckham is rarely (if ever?) seen wearing any sort of flat. On any given day, she’s probably wearing her signature Manolo Blahniks. Occasionally, she mixes it up with her second-place fave, the Casadei Blade Heels. She is so regularly seen in her Manolos, however, that her edition of “The Many Shoes of…” simply had to be retitled The Many Manolos of Victoria Beckham.

The Wildthing makes its debut on the heels of yet another especially lucrative summer for Stuart Weitzman. Is it the new Nudist? Only time will tell. The Laura Ballerina is a pointed flat which bears so much flair and class – because of its lack of frills and other unnecessary designs, it is highly wearable and versatile, and can be paired-off with almost all of your wardrobe pieces. It has a rose gold plated ‘Double H’ buckle, which adds a shining touch to the neutral leather background.

Also, since it is a flat, it’s not gonna hurt your pretty feet in any way. Sometimes, heels are too much of a thing, that’s why you gotta invest in pieces which are high in comfort and style. The Laura Ballerina pretty much fits the bill in every angle. Way to go, Hermes!
